(These are tentative dates and are subject to change or be adjusted depending on the number of contestants.) DEADLINES: Sponsors, patrons, program ads, paperwork, moneys - due November 30th, 2004. ******************************************* REHEARSALS: (MANDATORY) Sunday afternoons, from 2 to 5 PM, December 26th, 2004 and January 2nd, 2005 at a dance studio, location to be announced. (Hopefully the Scott Jones School of Dance.) ******************************************* TICKETS AND TICKET MONEY: All tickets must be accounted for no later than the January 2nd, 2005 rehearsal. You MUST turn in all moneys for tickets sold and all unsold tickets. ******************************************* INterviews: Tentatively Saturday morning, January 8th, 2005, Time and Location to be Announced, most likely at the Florida Theatre. ******************************************* DRESS REHEARSAL: (MANDATORY - complete with full competition wardrobe) Sunday morning, January 9th, 2005, at 8:30/9:00 AM, until no later than 3PM, at the Florida Theatre. ******************************************* PAGEANT: Sunday Evening, January 9th, 2005, at 7:00 PM, at the Florida Theatre. (Contestants must check in no later than 6:00 PM). |
