Agreement for Deed -
A contract to be performed in the future which, if
fulfilled, will result in the issuance of a deed granting
title to property. Articles of
Incorporation - The basic instrument
filed with the appropriate government agency, typically
the Secretary of State, incorporating a business. Assignment of
Mortgage (by Corporation) - A transfer
or making over to another the mortgage held against real
property. Bill of Sale
(Absolute) - In contracts, a written
agreement by which one person assigns or transfers
his/her right to or interest in goods and personal
chattels to another absolutely without condition. Bill of Sale
(Conditional) - In contracts, a written
agreement by which one person assigns or transfers
his/her right to or interest in goods and personal
chattels to another with conditions or reservations. Claim of Lien
- A charge or security or encumbrance upon property. Corporation

corporate organization and standard form by laws for the
corporation. Deposit Receipt
- An acknowledgement of the receipt of a deposit, usually
monetary, from the purchaser of property given to the
seller towards the final contract for purchase. Financial
Affidavit - A sworn statement with
regards to the income, debts, assets, and liabilities of
the individual executing the affidavit. General Affidavit
- A sworn statement with regards to any matters contained

- A standard form release general given in exchange for a
monetary sum releasing party to the agreement from

- An agreement which establishes or gives rise to a
relationship of landlord and tenant in real property. Mortgage
- A mortgage is an interest in land created by a written
instrument, providing security for the performance of a
duty for the payment of a debt. Mortgage Deed
- Another form of a mortgage, evidencing an interest in
land created by a written instrument, providing security
for the performance of a duty for the payment of a debt. Mortgage Note
- A note evidencing a loan for which real estate has been
offered as security. Notice of
Intention to Claim a Lien - A standard
form notice of a party's intention to claim a lien
against real property for labor, services, or materials
provided in improving the property. Notice to Tenant
(3-day Notice) - Three day notice of the
landlord's intent to terminate rental agreement. Notice to Tenant
(7-day Notice) - Seven day notice of the
landlord to the tenant of his/her intentions to terminate
the lease and/or to demand the tenant comply with the
lease, usually by paying the rent. Option Agreement
- An agreement given in exchange for consideration,
usually money, granting a party a first option to
purchase property for a limited period of time. Partial Release
of Mortgage - The partial release of a
mortgage by the owner or holder of a mortgage for
consideration, usually monetary. Durable Power of
Attorney - A power of attorney given to
a relative or family member giving that individual the
full power to act on behalf of another to include
decisions with regards to the giving or withholding of
medical treatment. Power of Attorney
- Motor Vehicle / Automobile - A power
of attorney giving any individual full power to transfer
title of a motor vehicle owned by another into his/her
name. Power of Attorney
- For Specific Actions - A power of
attorney that can state specifically the one or many
actions that can be taken by the individual in whom the
power of attorney is granted. Revocation of
Power of Attorney - An official notice
to the world that any previous power(s) of attorney
formerly granted have been revoked. Promissory Note
(A) - A promise or engagement in writing
to pay a specified sum at a time therein limited, on
demand, or at sight, to person(s) named therein or to
their order or their bearer. Promissory Note
(B) - Another form of a promise or
engagement in writing to pay a specified sum at a time
therein limited, on demand, or at sight, to person(s)
named therein or to their order or their bearer. Promissory Note
(C) - Another form of promise or
engagement in writing to pay a specified sum at a time
therein limited, on demand, or at sight, to person(s)
named therein or to their order or their bearer. Proof of Claim,
RE: Bankruptcy - Standardized claim form
acknowledging a party's claim against a debtor/bankrupt
to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court. Purchase
Agreement - A contract to be performed

warranty or conveyance of title. Release of Lien
- A document granted for consideration, usually monetary,
releasing any lien the grantor may have against the
property. Satisfaction of
Judgment - A document granted for
consideration, usually monetary, providing evidence to
the world that the judgment held by the grantor has been
satisfied. Satisfaction of
Mortgage - A document granted for
consideration, usually monetary, providing evidence to
the world that the mortgage held by the grantor has been
satisfied. Warranty Deed
- A deed in which the grantor warrants good and clear
title to the property. Simple Will and
Testament - A basic last will and
testament establishing a personal representative and
